Scouting with American Heritage Girls and Trail Life at All Saints Catholic Church

    2. Forms

    Fill out and return, by email or at a meeting, the medical form for each adult and youth participating as well as a multi-event permission slip for each youth participating. These will be kept on file for all the upcoming events.

    3. Dues

    Pay the annual dues to the Troop itself. Please pay this dues to Tim Mayer, our
    treasurer or any other leader. This money is used for program cost, snacks,
    supplies for activities, trips, etc. Some badges/patches will be purchased by the
    Troop, but in order to keep costs down, some won’t be and it will be at the
    discretion of the parent if they want to buy them through the registrar of AHG/TL.

    Family maximum of $150 across both troops

    Cost does not need to be a limiting factor for families; assistance is
    available please reach out to a POC below to discuss

    4. Get signed up for our communication

    The troop has an electronic calendar through Team Up that will sync with your
    Apple or Google Calendar. Details on how to access it will be shared when
    registration is complete.

    Our Troop communicates primarily through email with Flocknote. After
    registration, you will be added to our Flocknote group.

    5. Meeting Reminders

    Every time we meet at any event/meeting, sign in to the QR code found at the
    check-in table. This will ensure that your child receives credit for any
    badge/patch that is earned that day.

    Uniforms- We only ask them to wear the appropriate level t-shirt for TL and the
    blouse and scarf for AHG. However, many prefer to wear the whole uniform. Full
    uniform is required for events run by AHG National and DC Metro Area Events
